ID that dress: Leighton Meester

I made a post on Leighton's dress last month where the actress attended the Entertainment Weekly & Vavoom Annual Upfront Party. Meester donned a beautiful Temperley London beaded dress which was worn with her super hot blue heels. Her dress is now available for purchase in lime green at Neiman Marcus:

    I love this girl!! Even on the red carpet or candids she always looks good. She doesn't play it safe all the time and she tries to be a little different!!
