I know. That outfit was so amazing! Although, the chic frech outfit was really cute too. Although, I think the top is a modified version of a dress and not the original top version. That's what's being speculated anyways, because Blair's version is more full than the original top version.
I watch Gossip Girl more for the fashion than for the clothes, its so additive :)
