Blake Lively shoots some scenes as Serena van der Woodsen for Gossip Girl's much anticipated season 2 return in Long Island City, New York City on Friday. Lively was dressed in a glamorous strapless chiffon dress designed by Foley + Corinna. The necklace kinda ruined the outfit for me, but the dress is amazing!
