Miss Miley Cyrus is all glam as she arrives to Nickelodeon's 2008 Kids' Choice Awards held at the Pauley Pavilion yesterday. Cyrus wears a black Stella McCartney rhinestone minidress as well as a pair of the designers fabulous pink satin peep toes. I probably would have done something with that hair, but the dress makes up for it and the shoes!
