Project Runway host Heidi Klum was spotted on her way to the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City’s fashion district earlier this week in heed to toe black and white. Along with her black and white outfit was her new tattoo which of course is inked with her husband's name. Speaking of Phillip Lim, the gorgeous Hilary Duff was spotted at the third annual Loveday celebration and Cartier Love Charity Bracelet launch wearing a strapless cobalt dress by the designer himself. Celebrites take some time off to honor contemporary designer, Phillip Lim as they celebrate the opening of the 3.1 Phillip Lim Los Angeles store on Thursday. Lim's L.A. boutique is the largest one yet, with 5,000 square feet of next-generation luxury on Robertson Boulevard. Check out some of the celebs who attended:

Straight off the runway: Anne Hathaway

The Get Smart actress looked sleek and chic in a puff-sleeved Jasmine de Milo black dress, Brian Atwood heels and oversized shades as she made her way to a Lancome-sponsored screening of the film in N.Y.C. It may be puffed sleeves, but to me, its a bit to shoulder pad looking, and the only person i know who can get away with that is Samantha Jones. I do love her with the shorter cut, and her heels are gorgeous!

Rihanna looks adorable with her spiked hair do as she hosts the third annual “Cartier Love Day” Lighting Ceremony at New York City’s Empire State Building on Thursday afternoon. An interesting choice but it actually works for me. Rihanna wears a strapless PRQ floral mini dress which she teamed up with Christian Louboutin booties and of course in honor f the event, Cartier jewels.

Before i say anything, your eyes aren't lying, Kelly Osbourne is sitting on a stack of hay. The reality star and singer was being filmed at the Hackney City Farm in London on Thursday. Kelly will be filming a video diary during the upcoming Glastonbury Music Festival on her Orange mobile phone which will be be uploaded onto Orange website to during the festival. Despite her farming surrounds, Kelly still wore designer in a Matthew Williamson shirt dress which is a modification from the designers Spring 2008 collection. The actress teamed up her outfit with a pair of bright orange Hunter boots.

Straight off the runway: Chloe Sevigny

I am in love. I don't tihnk I've ever seen a horrible outfit on Sevigny, her style is so eclectic and mixed that it really works. Here Chloe was spotted making an appearance in a drop-waist white dress from Sonia Rykiel and Chanel purse at the Cartier Loveday celebration in Los Angeles.
The actress topped off her dress with a lovely brooch and black heels. It's a bit conservative for Sevigny, but she looks fabulous, an outfit that can never be criticized even in 10 years!

The beautiful Miss Keira Knightley attends the Private VIP Party for her and Sienna Miller’s new movie, Edge of Love at the Berkley Hotel on Thursday in London, England. Cartier's Third Annual Loveday Celebration

Celebrites took some time off to attend the third annual Loveday celebration and Cartier Love Charity Bracelet launch held at a private residence on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The new LOVECHARITY bracelet features interlocking miniature LOVE bracelets in 18K white gold and 18K rose gold; both bracelets are graced with the word LOVE and set into a knotted silk cord available in various colors, with each cord designating support of a unique cause.

Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller attended the premiere of their latest film The Edge Of Love which was screened during the Gala Opening of Edinburgh International Film Festival at Cineworld in Edinburgh yesterday.

Both actresses brought their unique sense of style to the red carpet with Miller channeling a modern Charlie Chaplin in a Jasmin Di Milo fringe dress and bowler hat which was accessorised with a Balenciaga clutch.



Keira went a bit more traditional in a beautiful cream cut Chanel jumpsuit and black embellished bolero.



Both ladies look lovely, however I'm favoring Keira's look more. Sienna's is a bit to much for me.
