Leighton Meester made a sunny appearance at The Paley Center for Media’s 25th Annual William S Paley Television Festival in Hollywood last month. Meester donned a yellow Julie Haus ruffled dress and accessories with gold bangles and a white clutch. I am loving this simple look, and a bright color is always a winner for me.
