Live with Regis and Kelly co-host Kelly Ripa arrives on the red carpet for the the 7th annual Heroes Of Hope gala at The Pierre in New York City on Monday night. Ripa donned a black and white one shouldered Gucci frock from the Spring 2008 collection. The star accessorised her dress with a pair of black Alexander McQueen's Square toe pumps and clutch.
