Hilary Duff was spotted on her way to the nail salon in L.A some time last month. Duff channeled a romantic look in a Yoana Baraschi jeweled swing mini dress. This dress is adorable, i actually think with a pair of killer heels it has potential as a red carpet dress, the jeweled detail is stunning. The singer topped of her look with a pair of yellow coach sandals and a Louis Vuitton handbag.
