Lindsay Lohan was spotted having some fun as she helped celebrate gal pal Samantha Ronson’s birthday with a party at a lingerie store in West Hollywood on Thursday. Lindsay looked fresh in a mint green Yigal Azrouel sequin dress from the designers Spring 2008 collection. Lohan topped off her look with a pair of YSL sandals.
